ADOPTED!

My name is Enzo! I’m a handsome young black lab, 2-3 years old. I have big web paws and a cute otter tail (these are great for swimming).

I am looking for my furever home and an adopter that is willing to be patient and understanding with me. I seem to be timid in new environments and will need time to adjust. Once I warm up to my surroundings, I am a wiggly happy boy that enjoys lots of love and affection. Since I am insecure with new places and things, WCLRR believes I should NOT go to a home with small children.

My current foster home has a male senior lab that is teaching me proper house manners. I’m learning to potty outside via a doggie door (what a great invention). I will probably need some more work on going potty outside. I am also learning that ‘counter surfing/trash can’ exploring is a NO NO! (Please keep those counters clear and trash cans covered, so I don’t get something that I’m not supposed to.)

Because I am a young lab I need to expel my energy in a positive manner. My foster mom takes me on great long walks. Once I get home, I am pooped and take a nice nap. I am also learning basic obedience and will need to continue with my training so that I am a well-behaved member of the family. I am very food motivated, like most labs, so obedience training is exciting and fun for me. In my previous environment, I was never exposed to car rides, walking on a leash, or being inside a house.

Enzo is a healthy neutered male, micro-chipped, and up to date on his vaccines.
