ADOPTED!

Meet Tommy! He is an adorable 6-month-old male Golden Retriever puppy who will steal your heart. Tommy enjoys his outings with his foster family. He visited the beach and loves playing in the water. He is learning how to greet other dogs and is doing very well with his leash training.

Tommy is a typical puppy. He chews things he shouldn’t and is very active. He’ll need correction and consistency. His new home must make sure items are not left out for him to chew. You must clear all countertops of dangerous objects and remove all electrical cords, shoes, eyeglasses, and remote controls. It would be best if you redirected him towards chew toys such as Nylabones and Kongs.

Tommy is crate trained and will take himself to bed and sleeps throughout the night. Tommy is housebroken. However, he could have an accident in his new home until he gets into a routine and his family understands his signals to go outside.

Tommy has the energy you would expect in a young pup. Exercise and training are needed to ensure Tommy becomes a great dog. Tommy would do well with another dog. He loves playing tug-o-war and romping around with another pup.

Tommy will be adopted to his new family with a neuter contract. His foster representative will discuss this with his new family.
