ADOPTED!

Meet Chris! He is a 3 to 4-year-old male Yellow Labrador Retriever who was rescued from a high kill shelter in the Inland Empire. Chris is exceptionally handsome and a gentle boy who believes he’s a lap dog.

Chris likes to settle in with his people and enjoys to cuddle. He is excellent at going with the flow and enjoys being around children and other dogs. Chris also likes to hang out and observe what’s going on. He’s a low to medium energy dog who adapts well to different environments (inside, outside, car rides, or hang out during your working.)

Chris loves to go on walks and will need some training on pulling, especially when he sees other dogs and wants to play, as he is powerful. Chris is also intelligent and wants to please his people, as he responds well to training and direction. Chris is food motivated, which will make training easier. He is crate trained but prefers his fosters couch.

Chris hasn’t shown any interest in the pool. He also hasn’t figured out fetch. Chris is more inclined to follow his person around the yard and house.

Chris is a larger male Labrador Retriever but very gentle and loving. Chris is housebroken, but with any rescue dog, he could have an accident in his new home while learning a new routine, and as his family figures out his clues to go outside.

Chris is neutered, up to date on his vaccines, and microchipped.
