ADOPTED!

Meet Tina! She is an adorable two-year-old old yellow female Labrador Retriever. Tina came to WCLRR though a friend who rescued her from a family going through a divorce.

Tina is still young and has spurts of energy. She needs daily exercise and plays so she can get the puppy energy out. She has been great in her foster home; she learned the doggie door on the first day. Tina sleeps through the night on her bed and doesn’t have to be created. She loves to play with you or cuddle next to you or under your feet!

Tina needs some basic training. She does sit on command but is still learning “stay” and “down.” She walks well on a leash; however, she likes to play tug of war with it occasionally. Tina is very food motivated so she will be easy to train.

Tina is excellent with other dogs and plays with her foster sisters regularly. She isn’t too fond of water, though. She watches her foster sisters swim in the pool and will run along the sides while they swim.

Tina also tends to jump. Her foster mom is working with her on it. Tina would be great with kids, but young children might not be a good fit because of the jumping. We will not adopt Tina to families with children under the age of 8. She would be great as the only dog or with other dogs. Tina is potty trained as well.

Tina has been spayed, microchipped, and is up to date on her vaccines.
